This hotel was a pleasant surprise for a last-minute stay in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the usual amenities you would expect. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's attention to detail, such as the decoration in the rooms, added a nice touch. The breakfast offered a good selection and was reasonably priced.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, with free parking right next to the hotel and easy access to public transportation. I particularly liked that it was close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also very good, with a variety of options to choose from.

Room a little cramped. Shower requested but was over bath which is not so easy for some people to get in and out off.

Inpite the fact that the hotel is rather old we liked very much that it was a very comfortable, quiet and clean room.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly and spoke English. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Pet friendly. No extra cost for our dog. Car safe in a private cark behind hotel with no extra charge. Value for money for basic clean and comfortable short stay.

The hotel was in an area with big block of flats. To the back little playground area/park for local people who take their dogs and children to play. If it is hot and you have to leave window open it can be noisy, especially on weekends. Air Con. didn't seem to work.

The staff were more than excellent, ensuring the safety of my belongings and speaking English. This hotel had free parking and easy access to the lobby and car park. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The hotel had a nice buffet breakfast available.

the location was convenient as it was situated near trams that could take me to the city centre. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the service was friendly and the staff was organized. Although the hotel was located in a business district, there were not many bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the excellent staff who went above and beyond to help me locate my misplaced purse. They made sure no one entered my room and I found it untouched when I returned. it was a pleasant surprise that the staff spoke English, making communication easier. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to a nearby warehouse location and secure parking available.

The bathroom lacked non-slip flooring, causing me to slip and injure myself. It would be beneficial for the hotel to install such flooring for guest safety.
